Building Engineer

Ricardo Muñoz del Valle is a Building Engineer and a graduate from the University of Seville. During his early professional career he gained extensive experience both in coordinating work on real estate development projects, and as technical manager for their delivery.
He has worked for some of the largest real estate companies in Spain, developing urban complexes incorporating housing, hotels, retail centres and golf courses.
Ricardo subsequently specialised in projects providing treatment and pathology solutions for buildings and building rehabilitation projects, as well as projects to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and facilities, and has significant experience of work related to these areas. He speaks fluent English and French.
