Alicia Diaz holds a degree in Psychology from Salamanca University and is currently finishing her master’s degree in clinical psychology at the Valencia International University (VIU).
In her current capacity, Alicia lends her skills to the Management Department as an assistant and contributes significantly to the Litigation Department as a researcher and case profile analyst. Her keen insight into human behavior and mental processes adds depth to her analysis and research, making her contributions invaluable to our case preparation and strategy development.
Her commitment to excellence is evident in her meticulous attention to client care, ensuring that all individuals who seek our services are met with professionalism and empathy.
Before joining our team, Alicia garnered diverse experience that further complements her role today. She excelled in the customer care department of a national Energy Services provider, enhancing her communication and client service skills. Her tenure in marketing for the international NGO Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) honed her ability to engage with diverse audiences on sensitive issues, reflecting her compassionate and empathetic nature. She regularly volunteers with Cruz Roja (The Red Cross), applying her psychological expertise to support the International Protection Services in the Psychology division.
